You buy refrigeration equipment and invest in your own dreams. Everything is going smoothly at the planning stage, of course. In fact, glitches do happen. And it is at the worst moments. It could be easy if you took care of the warranty. What if it takes just a few clicks to extend it and gain peace of mind?* 

We know that you carefully check the offers before you invest in expensive refrigeration equipment. After all, what you buy is meant to serve you for many years. We are convinced that our devices are durable, which is why we give you a guarantee for it.

Remember about the complete set of documents

When you buy a refrigeration unit, be sure to collect all documents. When reporting defects to our Technical Support, you will be asked to provide:

• Warranty Card
• Warranty Extension Certificate.

Read the document carefully 

In the Warranty Card, we described the conditions that determine when and how we repair units. Remember that as a user, you have a huge influence on how your device works. If you take care of them properly, you can extend their life. We described the proper way to clean devices here: How to properly keep refrigeration devices clean.

Every refrigeration equipment is different. Therefore, the Warranty Cards are different and will refer to a specific device, so read the document carefully. 

Extend your warranty for free (only in Poland)

Our devices are covered by a 12-month warranty. You can extend this time to 2 or even 3 years completely free of charge (you will get a longer warranty on ECOline cabinets and flower refrigerators) if you register the device on our website in the Warranty Extension.

You have 90 days to register the device. 

Remember, you have to register yourself, the distributor cannot do it for you. Why? Because after completing the form, you will receive a Warranty Extension Certificate, which we will send to your e-mail address. If you wish to make use of the warranty after 12 months, you will need to present this document.

Gain protection for up to 5 years (limited to Poland)

Our care for you does not end after the certificate expires. You can purchase an additional warranty for a period of 3, 4 or 5 years - depending on the device. All you have to do is go to the configurator and select the selected device that you want to extend the warranty for the selected period.
